Chris Parent - Windsor Fire & Rescue Service
Chris Parent was a loving husband to Jackie, doting father to Ethan and Ally, loyal brother to Dave and Larry, and an always dependable friend to those around him.
Chris was a proud member and brother of the Windsor Fire & Rescue Service for 15 years and a loyal Windsor ALS medic for the Windsor EMS for 12 years prior to his fire service.
Chris was extremely funny, always having a witty comment to impart on others in any given moment. He was loyal to those he cared about and a proud family man. He was a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan win or lose.
Chris was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer in 2017 and fought valiantly for two and a half years until he passed in 2020. He fought cancer with a steadfast bravery and his unique sense of humour.
He will always be remembered and cherished by his loved ones and his brothers at the Windsor Fire & Rescue Service.
