Peter Chitty – CFFF Memorial Ottawa September 2025

Peter Chitty passed away peacefully at home at the age of 81 on January 17, 2024 surrounded by family and dear friends. He was a beloved brother to Karen, father to Michael, Lisa and Mitzi, a hero in the eyes of his grandchildren Logan, Evan and Lilyana, and a dear friend to so many. Peter joined the air force at a very young age, and in 1969 joined the North York fire department where he served an accomplished career of 29 years. His dedication and commitment to friends and family was like no other; he is truly missed.
